Happy 2014!

So, there are 13 minutes until the new year.  Count this as my first entry of many, I hope.   One of my goals for the year is to blog more, and to blog here and on the MOPS blog of which I am currently in charge, so I am going to be doing my fair share of writing this year.

My personal take on New Year's Resolutions has a lot to do with my January birthday.  When I was in high school, I started writing down "XX Things I Want To Do While I'm XX."  I like it better than a new year's resolution.  It gives me lots of things to work on, lots of smaller goals, and it gives me a month of overlap between New Year's and my birthday that count as my makeup month.  I have a month to start out on the new ones and a month to finish up old ones.  Needless to say, January gets pretty busy (and I do a lot of reading, because I'm usually behind on the number of books I wanted to read.)

But I'm also behind on the number of words I want to write, and so I'm going to do better.   But for everything else, here is my list:

29 Things I Want to Do When I’m 29
